One of the reason why you guys love these pans so much is that they are Multifunctional – use the skillets to bake in ie, roasts, LCHF cakes etc. What’s not to love about that!!! I have the E copy of your latest book,winning the Set of Four would be the greatest gift I could think of for Christmas.?
Although I have not seen the book yet I am sure that I looked use it often.
My daughter in law is gf, df & soy free.
My grandson is allergic to eggs & extremely allergic to tree nuts (epi pen goes everywhere with him).
My granddaughter is allergic to dairy.
With all of these allergies this book will make it easier to make things for them to eat.
