Keto Avocado yoghurt dip

This super simple low carb dip is a hit amongst all, fussy kids especially will love anything dipped in this, while the low carb, keto mums and dads can enjoy it just as much!
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado approx. 120g
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tbs of fresh lime juice or lemon juice
- Pinch of freshly cracked black pepper
- Pinch of garlic powder
- 100 g Greek natural yoghurt
Instructions
- Cut avocado, discard skin and seed
- Place all ingredients into the mixer, blend 20 seconds / speed 3 / mc on
Traditional Method
- Cut avocado, discard skin and seed
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, or mash with a fork until smooth
- Serve with The Low Carb Co seed crackers
