Keto Baked Brie

Ingredients
- 200 g wheel of brie or camembert
- 5 g garlic
- 5 tips fresh rosemary
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Place brie into an oven safe dish that fits nice and snug around the brie, alternatively you can create a little boat out of aluminium foil lined with baking paper
- Score the brie with a knife in a criss cross pattern, making incisions approx. 1cm deep
- Cut your garlic into long thing strips, sit them on top and poke some of them into the incisions in the brie
- Place the rosemary on top and into the incisions, then drizzle the olive oil over the top
- Bake 8-10 minutes then enjoy warm, keep the oven on if you think you wont finish it before it cools down as you can pop it back in the oven for a few minutes to warm it up again
