What can I substitute the Linseed for?

Thermo Foodie and The Chef says:

1 Tbs psyllium will do the job!

Ki says:

Can whole flaxseed meal by Bob’s Red Mill work instead?

Thermo Foodie and The Chef says:

yes, but flaxseed meal can go rancid so i prefer to grind it fresh, youll know if its bad as the smell is off putting

Lisa says:

Hi, just wondering if these bases once cooked could be frozen?

Thermo Foodie and The Chef says:

Yes they can be for sure!

Jacqui says:

Can you sub the cheese with something else to make it dairy free?

Thermo Foodie and The Chef says:

One more egg and then enough almond flour to soak it up enough that you can handle it in a ball without it being too sticky should work
