Keto Dill Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 5 g Dill (fresh) (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 10 g Spring onion greens (one long stem chopped into short pieces)
  • 1 clove Garlic (5g)
  • 125 g Cream cheese
  • 20 g Lemon juice
  • 5 drops tabasco (optional)
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1/2 tsp evoo (extra virgin olive oil)

Instructions

  • Place dill, spring onion pieces and garlic into the mixer, chop 3 seconds / speed 7 / mc on
  • Add all remaining ingredients except olive oil, mix 5 seconds / speed 5 / mc on
  • Scrape down and repeat
  • Serve drizzled with olive oil

Notes

This recipe is perfect served along side some smoked salmon or ham and our vegetable foccacia for a brunch, lunch or morning tea or even a light dinner.
 
Conventional method
Place all ingredients into a small blender or food processor and blend until combined.  Alternatively you can finely chop the garlic, dill and spring onion and then mix with the remaining ingredients until smooth
