    • Place all ingredients into the mixer, cook 5 minutes / 80 degrees / speed 1 / mc on

    • You can even microwave it (remove lid, microwave 1 minute) at this point if you decide you want it warm!

    Notes

To prepare single serves, you can make up a jar of the dry ingredients, then scoop 70g dry porridge mix and add 110g liquid

This is really good. I don’t like anything that tastes really nutty and was worried this would but was pleasantly surprised. It may be my new favorite keto porridge. It’s quick and easy to make and very tasty. I think I’ll make some up ready to just add the milk to for quick easy breakfast bits it’s good enough to have for dessert as well.

Fantastic breakfast. Made it up the night before, added a few frozen berries. Super tasty and filling. Such an easy breakfast on the run. Thank you thermo foodie and chef, another recipe I absolutely love

I love this, regular breakfast for me now and changing it up by mixing up the toppings. L-O-V-E-I-T 🙂 Single serve weight is incorrect though, not 35-40g, more like double that.
Love your work guys, lovely food, easy recipes – don’t ever stop.

The portions aren’t quite right? Under notes you say “1/4 cup (which is 35-40g) with 110g liquid” but the dry ingredients alone for a quarter of the recipe/single serve recipe weigh 75g so I think you mean 70-75g per single serve of dry mix ? which is great because otherwise the calories would be huge for such a small portion so now means I can eat more ?

Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention! I have amended it to be correct x

Hi ladies is the nutrition just for dry stuff or made up with almond milk or coconut? Calories seem quite high just trying to get them doen. Thx.

Thermo Foodie and The Chef says:

I checked over the values and have made some adjustments, it did not bring down the calories, in fact they went up because the serving size did not add up, but in saying that i have calculated the values based on 55g water 55g cream per serve so if you are looking at reducing calories then swap the cream for water or almond milk
