Hi I just made the LCHF milk without the sugar, can we have as much as we like of this in coffee or should we only use a small amount? Just started LCHF so not sure.

I have bought all 3 books, love them all. Thanks 🙂

Thermo Foodie and The Chef says:

Carbs are .7g/100 so just factor that into your day, 1 cup is 250g so thats 1.8g carbs which is pretty low compared to milk at 12.5g!

Shelley Wilson says:

I put it all in Thermomix and accidentally whipped the cream. Oops.

Thermo Foodie and The Chef says:

It only needs a gentle shake 😉

Susan Hanmore says:

Excellent thank you! Just made it without sweetener and 100ml is creamy and yum in coffee! Might stop my husband complaining about about blobs of cream plopping and splashing into coffee when he’s making it for me. ?

Thermo Foodie and The Chef says:

winning all round!

Angie says:

Can you froth this with a steaming wand in the espresso machine?

Thermo Foodie and The Chef says:

yes it froths beautifully with a wand steamer or nespresso spinner

Sarah says:

Love this simple recipe! Has made having a latte such a guilt free trip

Meagan says:

I have tried 2 different creams and none of them has thickened to a froth. I have a nespresso frother. I am not sure what I am doing wrong? What brand cream do you suggest? Is it regular thickened pouring cream?

Thermo Foodie and The Chef says:

I use the harvey fresh cream, its not thickened, just whipping/pouring/pure cream. Try using a pure/pouring/whipping cream instead of thickened. Thickened cream takes a lot longer to whip than whipping cream so im thinking this could also affect the frothing in the same way

OMG …… WOW WOW WOW – THANKYOU!!!!
Had forgotten about seeing this, made some up today (even with the salt 🙂 ) no sweetener as I’ve made a clean break from sweetness. Used ALDI pouring cream as a test, may not have frothed as much but certainly Not a deal breaker.
1st enjoyable coffee I’ve had since quitting sweetener, and to know that carbs so low, don’t mind if I were to have a second cup some days.
THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU 🙂

Thank you! Frothed perfectly in my Nespresso (wand steamer) & tastes amazing.

Denise says:

Love it Thankyou ?

Angela says:

Thanks for the recipe 🙂 Can the milk be bottled up and how many days will it last before expiring?

Thermo Foodie and The Chef says:

yes you can bottle it, we find it lasts about a week but just check your date on the cream because if it only has a few days left then your keto milk will only last a few days too
