Keto Le Snax
This recipe has never before been freely released but it’s just TOO GOOD not to share with you. This TWO INGREDIENT Le Snax recipe is a make-at-home healthy version of a store bought product that is much healthier for our little ones (and great for adult snacks too!) Previously only available in Low Carb for Everyone cookbook we now want to share this brilliant recipe with as many people as we can!
Ingredients
- 200 g cheddar cubed
- 250 g sour cream
Instructions
- Place cheddar into the mixer, chop 10 seconds / speed 6 / mc on
- Add the sour cream, cook 5 minutes / 80 degrees / speed 1 / mc off
- Blend 1 minute / speed 4 / mc on
- Pour into little snack size pots or a jar and set in the fridge. Le snax can be store in the fridge 1 week or freezer 3 months
Non Thermomix Instructions
- Grate cheese, combine with sour cream and microwave 1 minutes, stir, repeat if necessary until the cheese has melted, but try not to boil.
