Beautiful homemade nut butter, made in minutes in your thermomix machine, LCHF, keto, banting friendly, great for a healthy snack anytime.
Ingredients
- 1 cup or more of your favourite nuts seeds or a blend
- 1 tsp sweetener of choice per cup optional
- 1 pinch himalayan salt 1 pinch per cup nuts/seeds
Instructions
- Place your choice of nuts/seeds/nut seed blend into the mixer and heat 10 minutes / varoma temp / speed 1 / mc off
- Add salt and sweetener if using, blend 6 minutes / speed 6 / mc on
- Store refrigeratedNote: for the more bitter tasting seeds like sesame seeds and sunflower seeds, add a teaspoon per cup of your preferred sweetener equivalent to sugar
Variations
- Add 1 tsp ground cinnamon per cup nuts/seeds
- Grind 1/4 vanilla bean per cup of nuts/seeds prior to step 1, 1 minute / speed 9 /mc on
