Ingredients

1 cup or more of your favourite nuts, seeds or a blend

1 tsp sweetener of choice per cup (optional)

1 pinch himalayan salt (1 pinch per cup nuts/seeds)

Beautiful homemade nut butter, made in minutes in your thermomix machine, LCHF, keto, banting friendly, great for a healthy snack anytime.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup or more of your favourite nuts seeds or a blend
  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice per cup optional
  • 1 pinch himalayan salt 1 pinch per cup nuts/seeds

Instructions

  • Place your choice of nuts/seeds/nut seed blend into the mixer and heat 10 minutes / varoma temp / speed 1 / mc off
  • Add salt and sweetener if using, blend 6 minutes / speed 6 / mc on
  • Store refrigeratedNote: for the more bitter tasting seeds like sesame seeds and sunflower seeds, add a teaspoon per cup of your preferred sweetener equivalent to sugar

Variations

  • Add 1 tsp ground cinnamon per cup nuts/seeds
  • Grind 1/4 vanilla bean per cup of nuts/seeds prior to step 1, 1 minute / speed 9 /mc on
