Keto Pizza Cheese blend
Ingredients
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- 100 g cheddar/tasty cheese
- 300 g mozzarella cheese not fresh/wet
Instructions
- Dice cheeses
- Chop parmesan 10 seconds / speed 9 / mc on
- Add remaining cheeses and chop 8 seconds / speed 7 / mc on
- Store in a container or bag in the fridge for a week or the freezer indefinitely, can be used straight from the freezer
