15 second LCHF coleslaw using sour cream for a simple dressing, super super quick and easy. Banting and keto friendly, delicious and egg free, mix and match the veg to suit your tastes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 40 g carrot
- 250 g red cabbage roughly chopped
- 20 g red onion
- 100 g kale
- 100 g sour cream
- 2 good pinches salt
(swap out veg for equal grams other veg to your liking)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the mixer, chop 15 seconds / speed 4 / mc on
- If wanting to increase the quantity, do multiple batches for even chopping

I absolutely love your recipes and I am a regular user of them but I have to save this recipe fell a little flat for me. That said, by adding a nice dollop of horseradish cream the flavour was totally lifted and I highly recommend this as an option. This recipe now has been added to my list of regular go to’s!
