Keto Yorkshire puddings

Ingredients

50g lard for the tins

2 large eggs

100g almond butter

100g cream

20g lard, ghee, duck fat or coconut oil

½ tsp apple cider vinegar

¼ tsp bicarbonate soda

¼ tsp Himalayan salt

Ingredients

  • 50 g lard for the tins
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100 g almond butter
  • 100 g cream
  • 20 g lard ghee, duck fat or coconut oil
  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp bicarbonate soda
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 220C
  • Share out the lard between 8 portions of a mini muffin tin, place tin into oven to heat
  • Place all remaining ingredients into the mixer and blend 1 minute / speed 4 / mc on
  • Very carefully remove the muffin tin from the oven. Share out the mixture across the 8 portions then carefully return to oven
  • Bake 10 minutes

Non thermomix instructions

  • Preheat oven to 220C
  • Share out the lard between 8 portions of a mini muffin tin, place tin into oven to heat
  • Place all remaining ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  • Very carefully remove the muffin tin from the oven. Share out the mixture across the 8 portions then carefully return to oven
  • Bake 10 minutes

I think she means because the recipe states “almond butter” versus “almond flour”
