  • 50 g raw peeled onion
  • 20 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 80 g Greek natural yoghurt or sour cream
  • ΒΌ tsp Himalayan salt


  • Place onion into the mixer, chop 3 seconds / speed 5 / mc on
  • Scrape down, add oil cook 2 minutes / varoma temp / speed 1 / mc off
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend 20 seconds / speed 4 / mc on
  • Scrape down and blend 10 seconds / speed 3 / mc on
  • It will be ever so slightly warm but can be chilled or eaten immediately
  • Store refrigerated 5-6 days

Non thermo instructions

  • Dice onion and saute in oil until translucent, cool
  • With a fork, or in a blender, add remaining ingredients and mix well
